**Plant Operator - Civil Division**:

Patten Pavement Services (PPS) is seeking an experienced **Plant Operator** to join our **Civil Division**. This is a **permanent, ongoing role** offering stability, competitive wages, and opportunities for career growth.

**About the Role**:
As a **Plant Operator**, you will be responsible for operating a variety of earthmoving equipment to support our civil construction projects. Your work will contribute to high-quality roadworks, excavation, and site preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate plant machinery, including **Bobcats, Skid Steers, Excavators, Loaders**, and other earthmoving equipment.
- Carry out general earthworks, excavation, and site preparation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery.
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to workplace policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Civil team to complete projects efficiently and on time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Relevant earthmoving licenses and/or tickets** (e.g., Bobcat, Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader).
- Proven experience in civil construction or earthmoving operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license (HR license preferred but not essential).

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
