**About the Role**:This position is responsible for preparing loads and safely loading Capral’s products onto trucks. The role requires full accountability for personal safety and well-being, with a strong focus on minimizing risks. You will contribute to fostering a positive, supportive work culture by collaborating constructively with colleagues and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Safely and efficiently operate the overhead crane and forklift to load customer products onto trucks, following site procedures and ensuring optimal loading for local and interstate deliveries.
- Prepare loads according to site protocols, ensuring all products are securely packed and ready for transport.
- Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, adhering to all safety standards and practices. Foster a culture of risk minimisation by proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to promote a supportive, team-oriented work environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Forklift License
- Commitment to do shift work (day, afternoon, night)
- Understanding of safety and quality principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Experience working in a team environment
- Computer literacy

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience in a high volume truck loading environment
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility
- Overhead crane experience
- Problem solving ability

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
