Aquila Cafe is a vibrant, café known for our quality coffee and exceptional service. We take pride in serving our customers with a smile and making every visit a memorable one. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, etc.)
- Ensure the café is clean and well-organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the café environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous barista and customer service experience
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about brewing techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
