Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working closely with clients to help them find and purchase properties that meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Agents, assisting in property searches, conducting market research, and facilitating successful property transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Agents to assist clients in identifying and purchasing properties that align with their preferences and budget.
- Conduct thorough property searches using databases, networks, and other resources to identify suitable listings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, promptly responding to inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the buying process.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM software.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, developments, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven interest in real estate and a desire to pursue a career as a Buyer's Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate databases and software.
- Current Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $42,760.00 - $93,072.14 per year
