- We are currently seeking full-time Qualified Baker’s for our Bakers Delight in _**Carousel**_
At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:

- _Assisting in product preparation and baking_
- _Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs_
- _Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's where required_
- _Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery_
- _Assisting with stock control and production expenses_
- _Providing delightful customer service when required_
- _Dough making_
- _Oven work_
- _Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards_
- _Customer service_
- _Ordering stock and stocktake_
- _Passion for baking_
- _Proven baking experience_
- _Ability to work a rotating roster_
- _Reliable transportation_
- _Excellent communication and time management skills_
- _Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment_
- Your customer service focus and ability to consistently show initiative in an efficient manner will help you succeed in this role and excellent organisation and communication skills are a must_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
