**The Role**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand/All-Rounder to support our busy kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a high-performing team. No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping/blending ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen with the rest of the staff; ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are sanitised regularly.
- Wash dishes efficiently to keep up with production demands.
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards and HACCP procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Decorate and package products for distribution.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic with high adaptability to changing conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices (or willingness to learn).
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Previous kitchen or food production experience is a bonus but not essential.

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
