**ABOUT THE BRANCH**

The ICT Contract Management Team manages the EWE Managed Services ICT contract and provides high quality support to the department’s key strategic ICT Programs.

**OPPORTUNITY**

The successful applicant will be critical in the success of the department’s key ICT Services contracts as well as the ICTD Program Management Office (PMO). The ICT Contract Management Officer’s duties will include:

- Delivering day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) contract management activities by gaining a detailed understanding of the Electronic Work Environment (EWE) Managed Services Contract, including:

- Performing monthly performance reviews
- Treating the Contract’s complex financials
- Delivering a variety of Program activities to ensure the Program goals are met such as;
- Involvement in the Program Management Office, following instruction from and assisting stakeholders
- Creating meetings and preparing draft minutes from appropriate governance forums
- Maintaining records to accurately reflect the Program’s financial position.
- Managing Program and Contract queries and escalating issues
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
