Our client is a
**global industry leader in Financial Markets**. An exciting opportunity has recently become available to join their KYC Administration team of high performing individuals with a passion for Stockbroking.

Working as part of a
**fun and social team,** you will be provided with a
**supportive environment **and
**ongoing training **to expand your practical knowledge across a range of financial products.

**Your new role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing new accounts and account maintenance across the businesses, ensuring compliance with legislation and governance.
- Ownership of the new client account opening process.
- Ensuring all new client details are accurately updated in all relevant systems.
- Sharing relevant information regarding new client accounts with premium client managers.
- Providing administrative support to the premium client managers to ensure a consistently high quality client experience.

**To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have**:

- Interest in financial services.
- Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Operate with integrity and a client centric mind-set.

**This role will be based in their Barangaroo office and offers hybrid working.**
