**About the role**

We have flexibility to offer a Lead or Assistant Educator position. All our team members strive to model a collaborative learning approach, ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children’s ideas.

Harmony Lennox Head is a 98 place centre with stunning indoor and outdoor environments. We offer naturalistic outdoor playscapes with real grass, sand, hay, vegetable and herb gardens. There is plenty of parking available.

**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate**:

- The ability to provide strong foundations for children's learning and development
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
- Current recognised resuscitation certificate
- Certificate III, Diploma in Children’s services (or ACECQA Approved qualification), or working towards
