We’re currently looking for a **Store Manager** to join our Fitzroy store who has a passion for leadership, customer service, management experience and of course, a love of swimwear

About the role:
Working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, we’re searching for a Store Manager that can inspire and strongly support our Fitzroy store. As a part of the Swimwear Galore Management Team, you will be a major contributor to our future growth and success.

Ideally you have at least 2 years experience in management of a fashion store and can demonstrate your ability to meet KPIs. You are passionate about customer service, fashion, and retail sales. You possess leadership skills and qualities, effectively communicating with all members of your team, as well as management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Motivating, educating, and supporting your team to provide exceptional customer service
- Driving and encouraging your team to achieve sales budgets and targets
- Monitoring rosters and run sheets to maintain wages, budgets, and costs
- Assist the Store Manager in mentoring, developing, and providing feedback to your team to build a high-performance culture
- Assisting in Visual Merchandising, ensuring your store is well presented and a pleasant environment for both our team and customers
- Providing feedback to your Store Manager on all aspects of your store - stock, sales, etc

- Passionate about all thing’s swimwear
- Team oriented and driven to excel in achieving KPI’s

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
