**Responsibilities**
- Support and guide the team of educators, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality, play-based educational programs for children that inspires critical thinking
- Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters children's holistic development
- Engage in sustainability projects, promoting environmental awareness and practices within the centre and the community
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation, including child observations and portfolios
- Build strong partnerships with families, providing open and effective communication regarding children's progress and well-being

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Hold a recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and relevant regulations and legislation
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
