An opportunity has become available to join our fast-paced team at our new Villawood Warehouse.

You will ideally have experience in a previous dispatch role, and demonstrate the ability for repetitive lifting, initiative and an energetic, can-do, hands-on approach.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

**About the Role**:

- Unloading 40ft containers daily/weekly
- Heavy and repetitive lifting, must be physically fit as there is a lot of manual lifting involved - up to 25kg

**Other duties may include**:

- Store stock allocation
- Taping and lifting boxes onto pallets for sending
- Dispatching of stock daily via courier
- Moving pallets via pallet jack
- Allocating stationery and inventory supplies to Stores
- Daily use of wrap machine for pallets
- Warehouse and Logistics duties
- Stock and Supplier spot checks

- Must have experience in a warehouse environment.
- Be reliable, fast, and accurate
- Must be able to work in a team of 10+
- Display a customer-first attitude
- Work productively to Courier timeframes
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum performance requirements
- Maintain an orderly condition of your assigned work area
- Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other departments and/or job functions
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where repetitive activity does take place
- Able to work additional hours as required to support the needs of the business and our customers
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Forklift license (desirable)
