Established in 1986, Blooms Hire is a horticultural company servicing clients from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.

With an ever growing client base, Blooms Hire is looking for a **qualified and experienced **Indoor Plant Technician to manage their own maintenance run.

Your duties will include:

- Installation of new indoor pots and plants at existing and new client sites; and
- Servicing and maintenance of our plants at a wide variety of our client's locations throughout the Brisbane region (such as shopping centres, hotels and offices).
- Have horticultural qualifications or some industry experience
- Be passionate about horticulture
- Possess a very high level of attention to detail, taking the utmost care and pride in maintaining our indoor plants in outstanding condition.
- Have a current Australian Drivers Licence
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Motivated with the ability to work alone
- Able to consistently maintain high standards
- Organized and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Horticulture: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
