**About the Role**

Located in our Brisbane Corporate office, this position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in ensuring timely, accurate payments to all Australian business suppliers in line with Company policy.

**Your role will be rewarding and varied, where you will**:

- Efficiently reconcile creditors' accounts within each goods ledger to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide essential accounts payable support to Treasury, contributing to precise cash flow analysis.
- Resolve queries from suppliers and operations staff promptly to ensure seamless service for customers and Coronado.
- Conduct weekly and ad hoc payment runs, and accurately process expense claims to maintain timely and organised payments.
- Manage supplier banking details with careful documentation to ensure security and smooth payment processes.
- Cultivate strong internal relationships by collaborating with Curragh Site Personnel, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance, ensuring a thorough understanding of all accounts payable impacts.

**Key to your success will be your**:

- Experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and banking principles
- Experience with Oracle or SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
