**Description**:
Due to continued growth within the business, we have a vacancy for a Driver Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team at our Banyo site. As a member of the Customer Operations team your day to day duties will be to schedule and manage the daily deliveries to our customers.

Reporting to the Team Leader of distribution, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Delivery analysis and scheduling for Queensland and Northern New South Wales delivery partners
Managing logístical issues on an ad hoc basis, to ensure that scheduled deliveries are made
Resolving any delivery issues for customers
Managing delivery partner error rates
Providing information on key elements of product distribution to all stakeholders
Ensuring delivery partner records are compliant and up to date
Investigation and resolution of delivery enquiries and complaints
Resolve scheduling issues for delivery partners
Responding to delivery drivers in a professional timely manner
Identify improvement opportunities through performance reviews of the delivery drivers

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
A completed Tertiary qualification or Certificate 4 would be advantageous
3-5 years’ customer service or administration experience other face to face or over the phone
Scheduling experience would be beneficial but not essential
High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
Able to plan workload autonomously without losing sight of team goals
Strong problem solving skills with ability to deal with unique problems
Patient, genuine, reliable, committed, enthusiastic and looking to excel within a small team
Clear communicator
Open minded
Not afraid to go into the manufacturing facility and delivery docks to speak to drivers
Experience dealing with delivery drivers or those in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
