**About this role**:
A Melbourne-based architecture and design studio are looking for a pro-active and collaborative team member across submissions and communications. The main purpose of the role is to deliver high-standard, successful bids from opportunity through to award, delivering on the broader business development and marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Faciliting the bids process
- Assisting in the production of marketing collateral, print and digital media for internal and external communications
- Undertake formal and informal research into target sectors
- Develop and/or maintain media, client and other contact databases
- Assisting with social media and external publications

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in submissions, with an understanding of the architectural industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills to be disciplined, organised and task focused
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Adobe InDesign skills essential
- Problem solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
