About Us:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a medical receptionist at Jewell’s Family Chiropractic. We have an open, caring, and positive work environment that provides individualised care to all that walk through our door. We have a Chiropractor and a remedial massage therapist on board meaning natural healthcare is at the core of our practice.

The Role:
We are seeking an outgoing Chiropractic Assistant to work 10-15 hours a week, Wednesday and Friday, with possible shift coverage in the future on other days to cover leave. The right applicant should be highly motivated to provide high quality customer service, have great people skills and an ability to cope under pressure.

The position will require you to:

- Greet patients, answer phone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
- Manage confidential patient records
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Support medical professionals with administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy work environment

**Experience**:
It is not essential to have previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, although experience in customer service would be an advantage. Experience with Cliniko and HICAPS is an advantage. Time as a Chiropractic patient would be preferable but also not essential.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Stickability and willingness to learn
- A great sense of humour. We have some characters in the practice
- A genuine and kind person

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
