**The Opportunity**:
Newcastle Anglican are seeking Care Assistants to be part of our team at CA Brown Lodge, Booragul. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing person centred care to our residents.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and energetic individuals looking to gain further experience in a great team environment. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
Abide by Aged Care Standards
Work as an effective team member

About you?

Certificate III in Aged Care or working towards
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
Be available for a range of day, afternoon & night shifts
