This is a leadership role within Private cloud - Infrastructure Tribe, designed to provide accountability for the management of the related services and support agile working environment.

The role also has primary responsibility to ensure the Network services and Network security are integrated into IT Security and IT Service Management functions ensuring Incident and Problem resolution within agreed SLA’s, with focus on Service restoration and resolution. It has responsibility for managing the related infrastructure services of responsibilities risks, compliance and managing disaster recovery.

**What you’ll do**
- Design and delivery the next generation technology to support the Bank’s services to our customers, including Global ING and cloud technologies.
- Managing end to end Network solution from ING, from wireless to express routes.
- People management, support your team to deliver projects and initiatives.
- Responsible for Network IT Health and BAU processes (vendors support, system maintenance, incident and problem management), risk, security and LCM of the technology assets.
- Be responsible for the knowledge transfer and documentation across all technologies under your domain, ensure knowledge is shared.
- Represent the team and the tribe in engaging with other technology and business stakeholders to define and deliver critical projects.
- Track and prioritise BAU workloads and projects work to ensure delivery on time and within quality.

**What we’re looking for**
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Network technology; including Firewalls PaloAlta, Advance routing (BGP, OSPF), F5 Load Balancers and WAF, Cisco routing switching and wireless.
- Experience leading a team of engineers.
- Familiarity with mission critical environments and high-performance networks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated individual with ability to prioritise to achieve exceptional outcomes while with working with moving targets and be proficient in scheduling releases based on urgency/priority.
