**New Restaurant of the Year** in Sydney Morning Herald's **Good Food Guide 2025**

**In this role, you will**:

- run and introduce dishes to the guests
- work closely with our kitchen team to gain an understanding of ingredients, provenance, processes and techniques
- champion our food and drinks menu as it changes with seasons and share stories behind items on the menu as well as winemakers and more

Pay: From $23.46 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
