We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Barista** to join our friendly team in Mandurah. If you love coffee, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, this role is for you.

**About the Role**
As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages, providing warm and professional customer service, and helping maintain the smooth running of our café during service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and front-of-house areas.
- Assist with daily café operations, including restocking, POS transactions, and service flow.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a great experience for every customer.
