We are part of the Virgin group of companies worldwide and launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.
**Your gig
**Appreciated by everyone from beginners to elite athletes, it's a method that offers toning, strength, postural alignment, flexibility, balance, endurance and mindful focus. Whether overcoming physical vulnerability or sculpting a dream body, it's about improving holistic health and engaging the mind, body and breath.
You'll deliver immersive reformer pilates classes with your authentic personality to help members experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class. You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans.
**All about you
- You have (or are working towards obtaining) your Cert III in Fitness or a recognised instructor qual.
- You're authentic. You love practising pilates in your own time.
- You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community.
- You are driven. You love motivating members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class.
- You know how to deliver meaningful classes and encourage mindfulness of the people around you.
- You're an athlete and performer. Both equally.
