**YOUR ROLE**

We are excited to advertise a
**permanent role** to join our team in DIA (Direct Insurance Australia). In this unique role you’ll provide expert copywriting, and drafting advice to the Segment Leads. You’ll ensure that PDS, policy wordings and endorsements take into account the insurance industry's trends, directions, major issues and regulatory considerations and comply with our obligations to legislative requirements, balancing these requirements with the need for customer friendly wordings. You will also champion the transition of out of date wordings into plain English to help our customers better understand their insurance coverage. You’ll work closely with Product SMEs to originate effective remediation, uplift and continuous improvement of the Personal Lines product collateral.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in commercial and/or domestic insurance product and legislative requirements
- Insurance industry experience, a thorough understanding of Australian legislate requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- A Legal Degree is preferred/ Communications Degree
- Commercial acumen, looking to balance the drive for business improvement with recognition of stakeholder needs
