**Service Access Supervisor (North)**

**The Role**

As the Service Access Supervisor (North), you will oversee and support the Service Access Representatives team across multiple locations. Your leadership will ensure seamless reception and administrative services, providing a welcoming experience for clients, workforce, and community members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a multi-site team of Service Access Representatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, on the phone, and online.
- Oversee scheduling, rosters, and training to maintain high standards.
- Act as the first escalation point for client feedback and support the continuous improvement of service access processes.
- Ensure accurate client record management, appointment scheduling, and administrative support.

**Location**:Primary sites include South Melbourne, St Kilda, and Prahran, with occasional work at other BHN locations.

**What You’ll Bring**

Essential Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven ability to supervise a team, preferably across multiple locations.

Skills and Attributes:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level proficiency in computer systems, including TrakCare or similar client management platforms.
- A commitment to confidentiality and client-focused service.
