Geelong, Australia ALMA Restaurant Full time

ALMA is expanding and is now looking for an experienced section waiter/ waitress to join our team, in a full time role. We want someone who will bring their passion for food & drinks, warm personality & strong sense of professionalism to the team.
- You will be comfortable managing a section in an a la carte setting
- You will have a keen eye for detail and an intuition for guest satisfaction

Bonus points

We will give you bonus points for:

- experience managing bookings
- experience and/or formal training in wine, beer & spirits tasting as well as cocktail making and development
- experience in fine dining
- experience with the Obee booking system & Microsoft
- a good sense of humour.

At the end of the day experience is important to us - but is not a deal breaker. We believe that passion, attitude and a desire to learn are just as important as your last workplace.

On offer is a flexible working week, with a four day roster achieved most weeks of the year. You will join a team of true Hospo legends that enjoy working within a sustainable hospitality environment and love to have fun along the way.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $79,642.00 per year
