Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Heritage Lodge, a 103 bed residential aged care facility located in Murwillumbah in the Tweed Shire, 13km south of the Queensland border. Surrounded by homely comforts and beautiful gardens, we enjoy a close-knit community that feels more like a family.

As a Part time **Assistant in Nursing** you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

**The role**:

- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

We are looking for someone to work 56 hours per fortnight as per the below roster:
**Week 1**
Thursday - 2200-0630
Sunday - 2200-0630

**Week 2**
Monday - 2200-0630
Tuesday - 2200-0630
Wednesday - 2200-0630
Thursday - 2200-0630
Sunday - 2200-0630

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
- Experience in care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
