**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Landscaper** to join our dynamic team, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, particularly within school environments. This is a hands-on role that requires experience across a wide range of landscaping tasks, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

You will play a key role in the delivery of construction-based landscape projects, including excavation, paving, concrete works, and structural timber work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Excavation of footings, trenches, and ground leveling
- Construction of retaining walls using a variety of materials
- Installation of concrete paths, ramps, and paved surfaces
- Timber work including decking and fencing
- Operating and maintaining landscaping machinery and tools
- Adhering to safety and environmental standards at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members and project supervisors
- Maintaining clear communication and professional conduct on school sites

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in structural landscaping
- Skilled in excavation and the use of relevant machinery
- Experience with paving, concrete works, decking, and retaining walls
- Ability to interpret site plans and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Qualification in Landscaping or equivalent trade certification
- MR or HR Driver’s Licence
- Valid Working with Children Check (current or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
- White Card (Construction Induction)

- Landscape technician: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- MR Licence (preferred)
