**Carruthers Machinery Co** is a well-established CASE IH Dealership that has been servicing and selling agricultural machinery in the south west slopes & central west regions for over 20 years. We are a locally owned family business with two progressive branches in Young and Cowra NSW

Working with Australia's leading machinery brands, we make it a priority to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality service. To help us retain this level of service, we require a full-time spare parts assistant/interpreter to join our team at our Young branch.

Previous experience in agriculture machinery spare parts would be highly preferred for immediate start.
- A current Driver's License
- A reliable and honest work ethic
- Well organised with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work unsupervised & as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Excellent problem solving and customer handling skills
- Customer focused with a likable enthusiastic personality that promotes a positive image of our dealership.

This is a full time position at our Young branch (Monday to Friday) as well as working some Saturday’s.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
