**Production Manager**

**About the Role**:

- Establish and manage project timelines with project leads
- Establish and track project budgets with project leads
- Coordinate Backstage meetings, writing agendas and meeting minutes
- Contribute to technical planning to meet artistic and business needs
- Contribute to Safe Work Procedures to adhere to Escape This OHS policy
- Create and interpret Risk Assessments and to manage the Risk Assessment process for an event
- Involvement in the recruitment process
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- An interest in the creative arts

**Qualifications**:

- WAAPA Stage Management or similar qualification highly regarded.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrabale experience in a theatrical stage production or similar.
