**About the Role**

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall management of the nightclub’s operations and team. This includes supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, and executing events to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery
- Manage and train staff including rosters, recruitment, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, and local council regulations
- Coordinate with artists, promoters, and external event teams
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers
- Manage budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting
- Respond to customer feedback and maintain high service standards

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within hospitality or nightlife
- Strong knowledge of WA liquor licensing requirements
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- WA Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
