Our client is highly respected organisation, who provides services and supports to thousands of individuals around Australia. With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia's most vulnerable.

**The Role**
Our Client is seeking to engage the services of multiple Salesforce Administrators. Our Client undertaking a major program of work involving multiple projects spanning a number of current industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce as a core component.

Duties include:

- Obtain a detailed understanding of the organisations complex business processes/rules
- All aspects of user/license management (new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules)
- Exhibit understanding of Salesforce platform + build or troubleshoot automated processes such as Flows using declarative tools
- Work out of a Level 2 support queue, investigating tickets + support requests raised by users
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements + provide detailed information on how changes will affect departments/users
- Build and foster positive relationships with business areas + guide them through user acceptance testing.
- Undertake data analysis, data loading + reporting
- Knowledge transfer training within the team

**About You**
- More than 2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system
- Certified Salesforce Admin/Certified Platform App Builder
- Strong problem solving + trouble-shooting skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued learning + development
- Hands on experience with version control, branching + metadata deployments
