Delivery Driver with Multi Drop Experience

Due to our extensive growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join our Production and Support Team, based in Prestons reporting the the Despatch Manager.

To be successful in this position you will have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding results, and demonstrate proven experience.
- Picking and Packing Orders for our customers all over Australia
- Being the customer facing team and delivering goods to customers
- Ability to correctly read and understand customer orders to ensure orders are filled correctly
- Be able to manage paper work and take payments from customers over Credit Card and Cash
- Understand the Sydney Route and adjust the route to make your run more efficient and effective
- Efficient and Safe driving methods and practices
- Make sure customer receive quality product - on time, in full and in temp
- Be familiar with Proof of Delivery Process
- Receiving and scanning
- Driving Forklift is a must
- Communicate clearly and politely with drivers, customers and office staff at all times
- Have legible/reasonable hand writing to complete required order paperwork
- Physically capable of undertaking hands on and repetitive heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Keep your designated work area clean and tidy at all times;
- Undertake additional duties as and when required by the Despatch Manager or management.

Skills and experience
- A great attitude to, 'get the job done'
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Background in the food and meat industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a busy team environment
- C Class License
- Clean Driving record - Require RMS Report
- Great understanding of Sydney Roads and Traffic peaks
- Must be fluent English
- Great communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management skills, high level of attention to detail and a great team player
- Forklift License is a Must
- RF scanning experience will be highly regarded
- Tech Savy

**Salary**: From $200.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
