- Vehicle knowledge - understand makes, models, features and conditions.
- Vehicle presentation - ensure that the vehicles are clean, well-maintained and ready for test drives.
- Test drives - be prepared for questions.
- Pricing and negotiation, with any special discounts.
- Paperwork and documentation.
- Add-ons - additional services and products.
- Building relationships - for repeat business and referrals.
- Compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, compliance with regulations.
