**Position Summary**
We’re looking for someone truly special to represent R.M.Williams as our official WA Brand Ambassador, a natural storyteller with a love of the land and a strong connection to the communities that make it special.

As our ambassador, you’ll travel across Western Australia in our custom-built mobile pop-up store, attending regional events, connecting with communities, and bringing the R.M.Williams spirit to life - both on the ground and online.

This is not your average ambassador role. You’ll roll up your sleeves, pull on your boots, and become the face of Australia’s most iconic heritage brand at field days, agricultural shows, and country gatherings. You’ll share stories, spark conversations, and help showcase our legendary boots, hats, and apparel, while capturing the journey through compelling, real content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent R.M.Williams at major WA events, alongside our mobile store team
- Host and support activations, engaging our community with warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm
- Create behind-the-scenes and on-the-road content (photos, short-form video) for social media
- Be a storyteller - sharing moments from the road that reflect the spirit of the brand
- Collaborate with our event and retail teams to ensure a smooth setup and a strong brand presence
- Support media and PR opportunities as required (interviews, campaign features, etc.)
- Be a genuine, grounded and reliable brand representative at every touchpoint
- Coordinate and manage the operations and logistics of activations

**Experience / Technical Requirements**
- Have a genuine connection to or understanding of regional communities, through experience, background, or personal interest.
- Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with a variety of people in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Be a natural and authentic storyteller
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Able to manage time, travel, and responsibilities without close supervision
- Be comfortable behind the wheel, including towing and manoeuvring a large trailer.
- Be hands-on and willing to support physical event activities including setup and pack-down of event equipment and merchandise
- Have a strong sense of community and people-first values
- Friendly, respectful, and inclusive when engaging with a diverse audience
- Have an appreciation for quality, design, and craftsmanship
- Have a practical understanding of social media and content capture, confident using a smartphone or similar device to create basic video/photo content.
