**Location**: Labrador, Gold Coast

**About Us**: Lashed up & beauty is a small but thriving beauty salon with a team of 7 dedicated staff members. We take pride in providing exceptional beauty services to our loyal clientele. As a Lash & Brow Technician at our salon, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of lash and brow services, including extensions, lifts, tints, and shaping (**Lash experience essential**)
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required

**Qualifications**:

- A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for beauty
- Handmade experience preferred (not essential)
- At least **one year** of lash extension experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.90 - $37.88 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
