The Role |

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service while creating an outstanding experience that allows customers to continuously conquer the outdoors You will work closely to support the Store Manager in all store performance areas, including store performance, people management & engagement, customer experience and operational excellence. You will ensure the store achieves its targets by driving the customer relationship management (CRM) process from welcome to after-sale care.

The Skillset |

This role requires several years in luxury or premium lifestyle retail management.
- Articulate in English and Mandarin (preferred)
- You bring energy, are a natural explorer and/or participate in an outdoor lifestyle
- Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours (including weekends, late nights and peak extended trading hours).
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of successful store operations, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, are an asset
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate for training.
