Tugun, Australia Uniting Education In Home Care Full time

We currently have a family in Tugan, Gold Coast QLD looking for an In Home Care Educator.

The Family requires an educator to work in their home and provide care to 2 children aged 7 years (twin M & F). The family requires before school care 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 6am to 9am. The educator is also required to transport the children to school every morning.

In Home Care educators are skilled, qualified and dedicated child care providers. The main role of an educator is to **provide children with a variety of age appropriate, play-based activities that encourage each child's development, learning and life skills.**

Each families children will have different requirements, days and hours and educators are able to choose the families which suit their current lifestyle and location.

Families are either shift workers, cannot access childcare or their children have additional needs and care requirements that cannot be catered for in a childcare centre.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per year

Educators in In Home Care are not currently required to be vaccinated against COVID 19 but it is highly recommended and some families do have this requirement.
