**About the Home**

Our Walkerville home is located in the peaceful inner northern suburbs of Adelaide just 5km from the city centre. Walkerville is Premium service Home where residents can enjoy spacious single, twin and semi-private accommodation with private ensuites.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Hospitality Coordinator we are actively seeking an experienced Hospitality Assistants to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

**This role will cover afternoon shifts (4.30pm - 7.30pm) and some morning shifts (7am - 2.30pm).**
- Assist in the preparation and serving/plating of meals to residents
- Dishwashing, clearing of dishes from the dining rooms/residents rooms
- Delivery of friendly and efficient food services to our residents
- Monitoring of food quality, quantity and reporting of any issues

**To be successful you must demonstrate the following**:

- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- Aged Care experience (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment)
- Knowledge of kitchen and cleaning processes, standards, systems and equipment
- Current Flu Vaccination for 2024 & COVID vaccination (mandatory).
