Pratek Automotive Pty Ltd is a heavy vehicle repair specialist located in Arndell Park NSW 2148. Our hours of trade are from 7.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m Monday to Friday.

We are currently looking for staff who can fill an office all rounder role.

**Your role will be**:

- Answering phone calls
- Managing bookings and liasing with customers over the phone and in person
- Following up jobs
- Data entry and managing returns
- Assisting with entering completed Jobs in the system, ready to be invoiced
- Working with Spreadsheets, MYOB, and Word
- Office is located on level one and you will be required to use the steps during the day to speak with customers and staff and pass any urgent messages.
- Monitoring stock

**To be successful, we require**:

- That you are able to work individually but also work as team.
- Being organised is a must, as you will be scheduling and confirming bookings and handling job related paperwork.
- Punctual, as you will be required to be at work, so that you can notify the mechanics which jobs have attended the workshop and allocate the work.
- Able to assist customers and staff with any enquires and bookings.
- Positive attitude and the will to learn is essential as full training will be provided in this role.

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
