As an Apprentice you will undertake a 4 year Training Contract where you will learn on-the-job to become a qualified Mobile Plant Technician. You will complete a Certificate 3 in Mobile Plant Technology.

As a Mobile Plant Technician Apprentice you will perform a range of tasks on a variety of diesel engines and mobile plants. You may also undertake the following:

- Carry out servicing operations on heavy vehicles and mobile plants
- Inspect and service diesel engines
- Use and maintain tools and equipment in an automotive workplace
- Work effectively with others in an automotive workplace
- Diagnose and test parts using diagnostic technology
- Inspect, service and repair track type drive and support systems

To be considered for a this Apprenticeship the following is required:

- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Be punctual and have a good work ethic
- Be able to use initiative and work well in a team
- Must hold a current drivers licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
