Our client is an established Australian luxury clothing company known for creating effortless modern designs of considered simplicity.

They are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their Claremont store. This position will suit an individual with strong leadership

skills and a passion for delivering amazing customer service experiences.

**Job objectives and responsibilities**:

- Set the standard for customer service and sales for the team.
- Work with the Store Manager to set weekly/monthly performance targets that

motivate and inspire the team.
- Assist in building a roster that fosters team development and the best operational

support for the store.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a way that ensures loyalty and positive

brand engagement.
- Deliver on outstanding results through the development of store-level initiatives and staff

training.
- Lead by example, planning and implementing self-development plans in addition to

staff training and performance plans.
- Ensure visual merchandising effectively speaks to the Jac + Jack brand and the

inspiration behind each collection.
- Provide precise and productive feedback directly to HO regarding weekly product

drops, customer feedback, and local needs.
- Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to HO to understand

performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets.
- Where required, take part in Weekly Conference calls with the ability to analyse the

business, make observations and provide constructive solution-driven feedback to other

Store Managers and Senior Management.

**Skills and experience**:

- Retail management experience required.
- Premium and/or luxury sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
