**About Us**

**Northern General Bodyworks**is recruiting for an experienced Panel Shop Assistant Manager, located in **Bundoora**, **Victoria**. We are the leading provider of hassle-free smash repairs in the area, with over 20 years of experience.

**About the Manager's role**:

- **Key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:_
- Management of workshop staff;
- Daily workshop scheduling;
- Management of quotations and invoicing processes;
- Liaising with insurers, suppliers and assessors while maintaining good working relationships; and
- Ensuring workflow of vehicles in the repair process.

**To be successful in this position, you will have**:

- Minimum of three years experience in automotive workshop management;
- Personal smash repair knowledge (panel beating, spray painting, car parts, etc.)
- Previous experience in estimation; and
- Previous experience in using Audanet and IBODY is highly advantageous;
