About the Role

As our Video Producer, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end video production - from ideation and planning, to directing on set, and overseeing final edits. You’ll collaborate with clients, creatives and crew to deliver exceptional content that speaks to modern audiences.

You’ll also manage project budgets, ensuring productions are delivered on time and within financial scope.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead video projects across all stages: pre-production, on-set and post-production
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards in line with client briefs
- Source locations, talent and crew, and manage shoot logistics
- Manage production budgets and timelines from start to finish
- Direct shoots to ensure strong visuals and smooth workflow
- Oversee post-production: briefing editors, reviewing cuts, and delivering final assets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and project delivery

What You Bring
- 4+ years experience in video production (agency, studio, or freelance)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and project logistics
- Strong background across pre-production, shooting, and post
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content space highly preferred
- Confident working on set with talent, clients, and crew
- Strong visual eye and storytelling ability
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), and post-production workflows

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Banksmeadow NSW 2019
