We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join us in **food handling and bartending roles** across all vessels, helping us create memorable experiences for our guests.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Assist with food handling and service in compliance with food safety standards.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with RSA guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar and food service area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and closing down service areas before and after each cruise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous bar and/or food handling experience is essential.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification for Victoria.
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
