Permanent position for a Factory Foreman in Padstow

A family-owned company specialising mainly in high quality kitchen manufacturing. All cabinets are assembled by hand to ensure ultimate strength and durability. Products used are of the highest quality and the up most care is taken from production right through to when the kitchen is delivered and installed. They pride themselves on providing a friendly and open service to ensure complete satisfaction is received.

Your new role
- Assembling joinery for mainly kitchens and bathrooms
- Managing 2-3 cabinet makers ensuring deadlines are met
- Leading by example producing high quality joinery
- Interpret plans and specifications
- Operating a range of machinery; CNC machine, edge bander and panel saw

What you need to succeed
- Trade qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience assembling high-end residential joinery
- Confident with install works
- Experience managing a small team of cabinet makers
- Must have your own tools, car and white card
