We’re currently looking for a **Store Supervisor** to join our team at **The Glen**. If you have a passion for beauty, love engaging with customers and are ready to take the next step in your retail career, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Store Manager with the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store.
- Take initiative on the sales floor, ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in training team members on products and customer care.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store looks its best.
- Help resolve customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and positive way.
- Contribute to stock management and assist with inventory tasks.
- Open and close the store as required, upholding all operational procedures.
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.

**About You**:

- Previous retail or supervisory experience (beauty industry preferred).
- **Fluent in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese** — essential for this location.
- Confident leading a team and engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Well-presented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliable, organised and proactive in supporting store goals.

Pay: From $27.17 per hour
