**Playmakers Soccer **is hiring for enthusiastic team-members to join our **coaching team.** Our program specialises in teaching children between 4-13 Years old basic soccer skills

We currently host weekend classes and are looking to both expand our locations and staff in the future. Our classes are hosted in Tarneit on Saturdays (10AM-12PM) and Point Cook on Sundays (10:30AM - 12:30PM).

We started this program in early 2024, and are experiencing high demand for our services. Due to this, we are expanding and looking for staff members who will be **energetic** and bring a **positive** personality to the team

We also believe in rewarding our employees based on their performances. As employees show their ability to lead classes and take on responsibilities, we will discuss future possibilities and larger roles for their career with us.

**Useful attributes**:

- An interest in soccer
- Students studying or hoping to study education, social work, sports studies, health/fitness, and child-care.
- An energetic personality

**Succesful applicants must**:

- Have basic proficiency with sports.
- Be proficient when engaging when with children aged 4-13.
- Be reliable and punctual to all shifts.
- Be able to communicate and learn from senior coaches.
- Have a friendly attitude and bubbly personality when interacting with customers.

**The following traits are desired but not compulsory**:

- Previous coaching experience/childcare experience (doesn't have to be soccer)
- Currently play or have played soccer in your personal life
- Working with Children's Check (you will eventually get one, we will assist)
- Reliable transport to and from work (Point Cook/Tarneit).

**PAID TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED**

As the business grows, further work opportunities may be granted, with classes already being added and new locations being discussed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
