**The Role**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Fault Finding and repairing of electronic and mechanical equipment
- Completing quality control checks
- Entering service jobs into the ‘Service Manager’ system
- Ensuring tight turnaround times are met
- Estimating service jobs to customers
- Ordering of spare parts
- Assist in Pre-delivery of stock
- Assist in general warehouse duties when required
- Provide phone support to customers and colleagues
- Assist in rolling stock takes
- Comply with HSEMS and company policies and procedures.

**To be successful in this role you must have these essential skills**:

- Passion and experience in electronics
- Read circuit diagrams and trace faults
- Good knowledge of electronic components
- Has good additional to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work under or without supervision
- A passion for efficiency and driven to achieve results
- A demonstrated concern for high quality customer service
- The ability to operate in a fast changing environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to conduct manual heavy lifting as required.
