**About the Role**

Canterbury League Club is seeking passionate **Customer Service Attendants** to join their team on a casual basis in the Food and Beverage and Gaming departments.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests
- Process orders and deliver accurate, friendly and efficient service
- Assist patron enquiries/requests and provide accurate Club information
- Maintain the general cleanliness and presentation of all service areas including smoking areas

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone experienced in the industry or looking for a career change.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you need to possess the following:

- Previous experience in a customer service role (highly desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and multitask
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
