Operating across Australia and New Zealand, we are a trade services and project management company based inside the Grounds of Alexandria, servicing a number of large commercial and Government clients. Due to a high period of growth and success, we are looking for multiple garden maintenance specialists to join our team across Melbourne West.

**The role**

You will be attending to general grounds keeping jobs, and assisting on other jobs as required across Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of lawns and gardens, ranging from small to large
- Use of a whipper snipper
- Use of lawn mowers
- self-propelled walk behinds and zero turns
- Hedging, pruning and branch lopping
- Weeding, mulching and garden care
- Preparation and maintenance of all equipment used

**What you will need to succeed**
- A minimum of 1 year’s garden maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to assess and complete tasks as they arise
- A high level of customer service
- Broad-minded with a “can do” attitude
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Professional with a well-groomed appearance
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Successful applicants must PASS high level Australian Security Clearances (NV1) in addition to a National Police Check, Working with Children Check and Pre-employment Medical (including Drug and Alcohol)
